What: Egg hunt in the park with over 1500 candy-filled plastic eggs!
Where: Lakemont Park in Bellevue (rain or shine)
When: Saturday, April 4, 2015 • 11:30 am start for pictures with the bunny, snacks, and beverages with a complimentary latte cart • Egg hunt begins at 12:00 noon
Also: We will be taking donations for Eastside Baby Corner from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the park as well. Please see the backside of this flyer for more information.

DATE CORRECTION for the Budget Ratification Meeting Announcement
All owners recently received a copy of the 2015 budget and an announcement – there was a typo. The meeting is be held at Lakemont Union Bank Monday, December 8th, 2014 @ 5:00 p.m.
A black bear with two cubs have been spotted behind a member of our communities fence. Please take all necessary precautions.
There was a Black Bear siting in the yard of a home owner in the Stratford Community over the weekend of July 26th, 2014 and July 27th, 2014. The Stratford Community of Lakemont is located west of Lakemont Boulevard. Please do not leave your garbage cans outside or any other food, pet food, etc. outside.
Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife have been contacted and are aware of the siting. If you see the Black Bear call 911 and Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife. Their phone number is (360) 902-2200.
