Lakemont Community Association Board of Directors Monthly Board Meetings

 

 

The Board of Directors meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of the month, except for the month of December.  Occasionally the meeting will be rescheduled for another day close to the normal monthly time slot due to member vacations or illness. Please confirm with Gary DeBoer, our property manager,  that the meeting is being held at the regularly scheduled time before you attend the meeting.  The meetings are open to the public and are from 9:00 until 11:00 AM at the MacPherson's Property management Eastside office located at 15831 NE 8th Street, Suite #200, this is one block south of the Crossroads Mall. 

 

You are welcome to come and listen in on our discussions.  If you have a particular topic that you would like for the Board to consider, we encourage you to make an appointment through our property manager, Gary DeBoer, who will try to schedule you for our next monthly Board meeting.  You will have an opportunity to communicate with us at the very beginning of our meeting and will have roughly 10 minutes maximum to bring up your topic or question.  Please be prompt, if you are scheduled and have not arrived by 9:10, you will need to reschedule your appointment.  We only meet once a month and often there is a lot of material we must get through in our meeting.

 

If you would like to become involved in the Lakemont Community Association don't hesitate to contact us, we can always use more hellp.  We have our annual Homeowners meeting every Spring and there is usually one or more Board Positions available.  If you would like to volunteer in other ways, please contact Cindy Keever, she will have some suggestions on other ways you can vounteer your time, and talent in our community.  Currently we are looking for website help and mentoring.  Cindy would love to hear your ideas on how to keep our website fresh and informative.
